Watercolor Workshop - Private Party

Service Description

Host a relaxed and fun beginners watercolor painting workshop in your home while enjoying the company of friends, family (and also a few drinks if you choose!) No experience is necessary and we will provide the step-by-step instruction as well as all supplies needed. These are great for birthdays, bachelorette parties or any upcoming family event. EACH TICKET PRICE INCLUDES FOLLOWING: -Painting surface (either 8X10" watercolor paper suitable for framing or 2 greeting cards with envelopes USE OF: -Paints -Palettes/Paint mixing surface -Brushes -Aprons PRICING & MINIMUMS Prices start at $45.00 per person with a minimum of 6 people needed to book. Other canvas sizes and surface options are available. Design choices will be discussed during the free consultation. For private parties in home - a $100 non-refundable retainer must be paid in order to secure your date and book regardless of the number of participants. This $100 will then be applied to the final invoice at the time of final payment. FINAL PAYMENTS A final head count must be given 1 week before the event and the remainder of the balance must be paid within 72 hours before the date of the event. Non payment on the remainder of the balance within 72 hours of the event will forfeit the non-refundable retainer, the event will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAINT & SIP PARTIES CANCELLATION POLICY If WE need to cancel on you and no rescheduling date is agreed upon, 100% the retainer will be returned back to you. If you cancel on us for any reason, the retainer is forfeited and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. RESCHEDULING POLICY If the need to reschedule by the client arises, it must be done so and acknowledged by the artist within 7 days of the event, and a new date secured or the non refundable retainer is forfeited, the event is cancelled and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. *PLEASE NOTE* If you are looking for a more in depth class to work on your techniques, we recommend booking one of our private one-on-one lessons!
